Jack-of-All-Trades – Master of One

Bleach Temby (a.ka. Bleach Methane) is a pretty talented guy.  If you’re aware of who he is, you probably know that he is an accomplished tattoo artist and pretty good with a pen and pencil.  But did you know he plays a mean bass guitar?   Or that he’s pretty handy with a computer or that he knows his way around a camera? How about the fact that this guy has developed his own unique tattoo style?  And when it comes to eighties trivia- he can go toe to toe with the best of ‘em!

You’re Never Too Old…No, Serioulsy.

While we weren’t quite on top of our game enough to take any pictures, we had the good fortune to have a tattoo customer today who was 94 years old. Over the years we have had clients in their 60′s and 70′s for sure and we’re pretty sure we’ve had at least one in their 80′s…but 90′s is definitely something new for us.

It should come as no surprise, after nearly a century on this planet, and all the things that life throws at you in that amount of time, she sat like champ for the tattoo.

We consider ourselves lucky to have had the opportunity to be part of a new life experience for someone who has undoubtedly experienced so much.

And, at the risk of sounding a little cliche’…it definitely shows that you’re never too old.

Well, it’s taken us long enough, but we’ve finally got the blog up-and-going and have some stuff to say. Expect to see some changes in how it looks in the near future, but the words should start flowing with some regularity from this point forward.

We decided the first thing we wanted to do was shed some light on the process of figuring out your tattoo design. While there aren’t too many hard-and-fast rules, there are a few, and more importantly, there are some guidelines that make the whole process simpler and easier for everyone involved.
